HOW TO WIN IN THE GAME OF LIFE BY BABATUNDE OLADELE
Dropping points in a season are inevitable, no matter how good a team may be. The same way we cannot live out a lifetime without dropping the balls [in the game of life, business or career], irrespective of how skilled, pious or strong we may be as a person.

The points dropped in draws are little slips we make on a regular basis; whilst the points dropped in losses are the major mistakes we make in our decisions, choices and actions.

It is important to reduce the number of our slips and errors rather than accumulate them, because a team that records more draws and losses than wins will eventually be relegated at the end of a season, the same way a life or career that accumulates slips and mistakes will eventually be relegated to the base level of nonentities; in other words, be tagged a failure.

WHEN IS A LEADER SUCCESSFUL?
There are certain principles a successful leader is expected to imbibe.

There are so many metrics out there which people use to measure the success of a leader. Some use their financial capacity; others are of the view that a leader is only successful when he meets his responsibilities. The list of opinions could go as far as the views of people differ when it comes to the success of a leader. There are principles that are universally acceptable which if followed will make a leader successful. These principles have been proven to be true.

I beg to say that any fool can live up to his responsibilities if he is financially capable. He can put on the image of another when called to a scene. As much as it is important for a leader to meet up to his responsibilities, that is not the only yardstick that defines a successful leader.

You don’t have to take your car into the shop for everything. You can save a bundle by doing these ten simple repairs yourself using replacement parts and ordinary hand tools.

Replace Engine Air Filter
Inspect and replace your engine air filter. Just unscrew or unclip the air filter box retainers and remove the old filter. Then hold a shop light behind the filter to see how much light passes through. If the filter blocks 50% of more of the light, replace the filter. If not, put it back in, secure the air filter box cover and keep driving.

Replace Your PCV Valve
