The NYSC/SDGs Advocacy project (SAP)Kano chapter has raise the bar for other CDS in Nigeria.
1. The CDS has an organised social media platform;twitter,Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Skype etc 2. The CDS maximizes the digital space to store records of its members.Data collated from the members include, State code,PPA details,skill/talent, State of residence,date of birth,course of study,gender etc.3.Every member get happy birthday messages early in the morning to promote healthy relationship beyond Thursday meetings.4.The videos on the YouTube channel is an investment for 2020 NYSC/SDGs corps members Kano chapter to celebrate Nigeria @60 and SDGs @5. 5.We do not waste members time at CDS 6.The broad compilation of data helps the network with our members serving in a challenging environment to get positive result.7.We have feedback button at United Nation website and also the senior special assistant to the president on SDGs matters Mrs Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire. 8.We do not ask member to pay for project.Section K paragraph 2 of the ABS of Community Development Service guide buttress my point.9.We do not belittle the opinion of members. 10.We interact with the stakeholders before any project is done.For the records, we have details of some of the stakeholders.11.leaving no member behind is our slogan,Feedback from members is appreciated.12.Integrity is the first principles of success.
