Without any doubt, 23-year-old Alex Asogwa is unarguably one of the most talked about housemates from BBNaija.

The dancer who got into limelight via the big brother Naija 2018 is always in the news.

In fact, almost no week goes by without her name on headlines. 

Her fan base is beyond measures, so are her critics who do not spare her anytime it is assumed she has stepped out of line.

She is the first 2018 ex-housemate to hit 1 million followers on Instagram.

1. When she revealed she had an abortion at 16.

While in the big brother house, Alex revealed she had an abortion at the age of 16, and she got social media on lock down that day.

Alex who had been in the news after baring her breast on the reality show, made the revelation to her partner, Leo.

She narrated to him how she was about to be raped by her doctor while having a D&C operation when she was only 16-years old, and in SS3.

Some Nigerians reacted, saying it’s too much information for the public.

2. When she cried her eyes out because Leo was evicted in BBN

When her love interest, Leo was evicted from the big brother house, Alex cried like a little baby who got her candy taken away from her.

She got different people blasting her and even mocking her for crying that way. She was even one of the trending topics on Twitter that day. 

Fast forward to outside the house, she said crying for Leo was her biggest mistake.  

3. When she mistakenly shared a nude photo with Tobi on bed.


Alex almost sent the Nigerian social media sphere on meltdown when she mistakenly shared a photo of herself and Tobi lying 'naked' on bed, saying she loves him.

This got tongues wagging and blasting her for sharing such photo online.

Some even insinuated it's an after sex photo. 

She later reacted saying someone hacked her Snapchat, she didn't say anything else.

4. When she "gave Tobi an attitude" on AMVCA 2018 awards stage.

There were hundreds of celebrities at the AMVCA 2018 awards, but Alex stole the show after she gave Tobi an attitude while they were presenting an award at the show.

This came just few days after she blocked Tobi on Instagram after they had an argument.

Not just the attitude she gave Tobi made her the most talked about that day, her pink coloured hair also got people talking.

5. When she entered a heated argument with a bouncer at a movie premier.

Alex got into a heated words exchange with a bouncer at AY's Merry men movie premier, and of course she was in people's mouths again on social media.
