I observed with displeasure the ratio of females to male teaching force in primary and secondary schools especially that of south east -imbalance with that of females ,more than that of the male figures.In some states with score of 90:10 .I am seeking to know, the cause of this. Does it mean that the male folks have given up to teaching or what? |
