Administrative Executive

Job Summary:

The job holder will provide high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Job Description:

• Management of documents
• Preparation of reports
• Coordination and directing of office services
• Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

Requirements:

BSc/HND in Secretariat, Social or Management Sciences
3 - 5 Years Cognate Experience
Ability to use word processing software and any other relevant software
Proficiency in both written and spoken English Language

Location: Lagos Mainland
