Healthy Food Discussion.

On a serious note, if truth be told, in the time of our forefathers, they lived more healthier than the people of this contemporary world. The fact being that they ate more natural food than most of these chemically produced and preserved food we eat nowadays, as a result of that, they cause damages to our systems. I don't want to go too far in this issue, now, what's the advice you have to give based on how someone can promote their health by what they eat?

My own advice - Take lots of water, always eat fruits and vegetables. So, what is your own advice?

Never eat anything that has preservative in it

Any pls alway eat food that has high amount of fiber

Eat Organic food only
