WHEN I'M GONE
A day comes that I will be "called to glory"...
And all about me will become history.
My deeds will be told by Friends and foes,
But, no matter how the story goes,
"Always believe it"
Believe more the ones told by my foes,
Especially,those I stepped on their toes;
They have my wrongs written on their hearts,
And their tongue will sing it to every ear on Earth.
Learn from the stories the man not to be.
I have my flaws which might die with me:
My flaws fueled my failures,
Learn from it to brighten your future.
Even if I spend my years chasing perfection,
I will still die a man with imperfections.
