I disagree with 4,It shouldn't be nice to make call with earpiece plugged in your ear while driving,you can't be doing two things at the same time. It may lead to an accident. The best to do,is to park your car by the side of road then you can make use of your earpiece. I think this is the right thing to do,not making call and drive at the same time.

That's why the traffic offense said "Use of Phone while driving" and not "Holding your phone while driving or Making calls while driving.

Whatever activity you do with your phone whether in your hands, on the dashboard or on your lap, with earpiece or Bluetooth can distract you in an instant.
