Startimes tv from NTA of all poeple, what do we expect apart from their poor and boring programmes, anyway lets wait and see but dont expect anything special.

i have followed recent posts/remarks about startimes tv and i think it's hightime i made my comment on it. the system came in at a time when the financial situation is not so good and people want to still keep in touch with events around the globe. i have seen the channels and they are not significantly different from other satellite tv providers except for the LIVE channels. i give the initiators thumbs up for providing such facilities at this financially trying time. i think on the whole they get an A+

1. very simple technology
2. no dish required
3. equipment quite affordable
4. no special skill required for installation
5. channel list not different from what others offer
6. subscription - very cheap

So what is the price of getting it and where is their office?

cost - #10k. though almost everywhere but you may get it delivered to you with additional #500 transport cost within 30km from oregun or call mike on 01-2777795 for additional info.

Please, how many channels? Because for me, its cheap for 10k. Do they channel where one can watch english premier league and other matches (soccer)? If not den to HELL

its cool i bn usingmine now for 3months
1st 2months was free and it was like
to hell wit dstv et al
its a bit scratchy during rains but not
too much, i hear you cann even use it
with yr normal external antenna.
they av dedicated sports channels, NTAsports
with a firm promise to deliver; now wait,
la liga (all matches) EPL (all mataches), Serie A,
and bundesliga, i think its cool

yes - more channels were added today but after 27, the next channel is 44. what happened to the other nos?,

does it have cnn, bbc mtvbase, channel o and so on?

obviously, you need to change your power source. probably your generator is over loaded.

Startimes is gradually becoming fraud. Signals are getting bad and it seems no one wants to be responsible for this. Everybody in Kubwa-Abuja is complaining, only for their respresentatives(when u call or go there) to tell you its your antenna that is bad.

Why cant we for once accept that there is a problem with yur transmission, and you are working on it.

STARTIMES sellers/NTA should do a good job-sell what people will enjoy;get them good reception even from nearby NTA source.
Otherwise let them fold up and stop messing the market.
