Justifying her silence on the failed marriage, the tattoo-loving actress said she had realized that whatever she says does not change people’s opinions of her.

Funke Akindele and Kehinde Almaroof Oyedele tied the knot on May 26, 2012 in a three-part wedding ceremony that held at The Haven event centre in Ikeja, Lagos.
The wedding, which was arguably the biggest celebrity wedding of 2012 and also one of the shortest celeb marriages eve. It ended a year after when the couple separated in July 2013.

All events from her marriage to Kehinde are now history. Funke has moved forward; not only in her occupation, but also in her love life as she is now remarried to JJC Skillz. The couple got married in a private ceremony in London, in 2016.
