I'm looking for a Youth Corper (Lagos preferably) with proficiency required for the following tasks:

• Manage CRM System – includes analysis and reporting, producing campaigns and managing the overall quality of data input into the CRM systems
• Manage the company’s Social Media presence and proactively advocate the company’s services on social media
• Update company website
• Seek out opportunities to use Google Gsuites features to optimise operations
• Assist Office Administrator in managing schedules and calendar
• Create forms on Zoho Creator or Similar platform to assist in implementing workflows
• Support Business Development Managers
• Design company brochures and other marketing materials

Qualities of the right candidate should include:

• A completer finisher - drives ideas to finish even when others begin to lose focus
• Smart, hopefully with good results - the emphasis is on smart, not on the certificate
• Excellent communication skills - very good emails and endear themselves to people with how they speak
• Artistic – able to produce graphically appealing documents
• Some IT knowledge or ability to pick up IT concepts quickly will be good
• Very organised and have an excellent eye for detail
• Ability to hold themselves to a high level of quality - have a process improvement mindset
• Be customer focused and will want to offer better customer service
• Believe and dream they can change things
