As aspiring or already established Techpreneurs/Entrepreneurs, there are certain stories of success that inspires our very being, they bring the need to reignite or instill the once burning passion we had into limelight.

These movies listed below are plain examples of those stories of career passion, legacy, loyalty, beliefs, family & friendships; they contain lessons each and everyone who's willing to take on the "entrepresphere" should watch.

Aspiring Tech enthusiasts, Venture capitalist, Stock brokers, etc.
This is the watchlist for those who are willing to take the risks, you can learn the ropes of business watching these movies and of course reading some books, but do make out time to watch these movies, they are really worth it, and most of all; they have very good ratings.



In no particular order...

1.The Pursuit of Happyness

Life is a struggle for single father Chris Gardner (Will Smith).

Evicted from their apartment, he and his young son (Jaden Christopher Syre Smith) find themselves alone with no place to go.

Even though Chris eventually lands a job as an intern at a prestigious brokerage firm, the position pays no money.

The pair must live in shelters and endure many hardships, but Chris refuses to give in to despair as he struggles to create a better life for himself and his son.



2 .Wall Street

On the Wall Street of the 1980s, Bud Fox (Charlie Sheen) is a stockbroker full of ambition, doing whatever he can to make his way to the top.

Admiring the power of the unsparing corporate raider Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas), Fox entices Gekko into mentoring him by providing insider trading.

As Fox becomes embroiled in greed and underhanded schemes, his decisions eventually threaten the livelihood of his scrupulous father (Martin Sheen). Faced with this dilemma, Fox questions his loyalties.


3. Office Space


Corporate drone Peter Gibbons (Ron Livingston) hates his soul-killing job at software company Initech.

While undergoing hypnotherapy, Peter is left in a blissful state when his therapist dies in the middle of their session. He refuses to work overtime, plays games at his desk and unintentionally charms two consultants into putting him on the management fast-track.

When Peter's friends learn they're about to be downsized, they hatch a revenge plot against the company inspired by "Superman III."

4. Erin Brockovich

Erin Brockovich (Julia Roberts) is a woman in a tight spot. Following a car accident in which Erin is not at fault, Erin pleads with her attorney Ed Masry (Albert Finney) to hire her at his law firm.

Erin stumbles upon some medical records placed in real estate files.
She convinces Ed to allow her to investigate, where she discovers a cover-up involving contaminated water in a local community which is causing devastating illnesses among its residents.



5. The Godfather

Widely regarded as one of the greatest films of all time, this mob drama, based on Mario Puzo's novel of the same name, focuses on the powerful Italian-American crime family of Don Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando).

When the don's youngest son, Michael (Al Pacino), reluctantly joins the Mafia, he becomes involved in the inevitable cycle of violence and betrayal.

Although Michael tries to maintain a normal relationship with his wife, Kay (Diane Keaton), he is drawn deeper into the family business.



6. Joy

A story of a family across four generations, centred on the girl who becomes the woman who founds a business dynasty and becomes a matriarch in her own right.

Facing betrayal, treachery, the loss of innocence and the scars of love, Joy becomes a true boss of family and enterprise in a world of unforgiving commerce.

Allies become adversaries and adversaries become allies, both inside and outside the family, as Joy's inner life and fierce imagination carry her through the storm she faces.



7. Glengarry Glen Ross

When an office full of New York City real estate salesmen is given the news that all but the top two will be fired at the end of the week, the atmosphere begins to heat up.

Shelley Levene (Jack Lemmon), who has a sick daughter, does everything in his power to get better leads from his boss, John Williamson (Kevin Spacey), but to no avail. When his coworker Dave Moss (Ed Harris) comes up with a plan to steal the leads, things get complicated for the tough-talking salesmen.



8. Steve Jobs

With public anticipation running high, Apple Inc. co-founders Steve Jobs (Michael Fassbender) and Steve "Woz" Wozniak get ready to unveil the first Macintosh in 1984.

Jobs must also deal with personal issues related to ex-girlfriend Chrisann Brennan and their young daughter Lisa. Eventually fired, Jobs launches NeXT Inc. and prepares to release a new computer model in 1988. Ten years later, Jobs is back at Apple Inc. and about to revolutionize the industry once again with the iMac.


9. The Social Network

In 2003, Harvard undergrad and computer genius Mark Zuckerberg (Jesse Eisenberg) begins work on a new concept that eventually turns into the global social network known as Facebook.

Six years later, he is one of the youngest billionaires ever, but Zuckerberg finds that his unprecedented success leads to both personal and legal complications when he ends up on the receiving end of two lawsuits, one involving his former friend (Andrew Garfield). Based on the book "The Accidental Billionaires."


10. The Founder

The true story of how Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), a struggling salesman from Illinois, met Mac (John Carroll Lynch) and Dick McDonald (Nick Offerman), who were running a burger operation in 1950s Southern California.

Kroc was impressed by the brothers' speedy system of making the food and saw franchise potential. Kroc soon maneuvers himself into a position to be able to pull the company from the brothers and create a multi-billion dollar empire.
