bleeding ocurs only if the hymen is broken. some girls were not born with hymen or it could be that it was broken some other ways like horse-back riding.

YES to both questions.

to second question: lots of pre-intimacy, lubs, going slow, muscle and mind relaxation helps a great deal. not every girl experiences gushing blood as many tend to believe and expect with first-timers, the same thing with pain. it all depends on the individual. for some its painful before and after but for some esp with partners who knows what theyre doing and have perfected the act, they experiences little to no pain
