guys i just finish watching heartland vs ah ahli, and in a game where mohammed aboutrika, ahmed hassan, played the best player on the pitch was bathelomen ibenegbu. the guy was very classy, i did not know that they were any playmaker in nigeria league. for this reason am keeping my eyes on ibenegbu. look at my naija midfilders ranking now

1. stanley okoro
2. rabiu ibrahim
3. lukman haruna
4. obi mikel
5. emmanuel ekpo
6. ramon azeez
7. bathelomen ibenegu
8. obiora nwankwo
9. joel chkwuma

with all due respect to other african teams this is the best midfield in africa, because if ordinary ibenegbu can shine ahead of aboutrika and hassan then thats good. most team now a days are playing 4231 but since there is too many creativity in this midfield i would play a diamond formation.

mikel

okoro haruna

ibrahim

or 433

mikel

okoro ibrahim

thats why i keep saying we don't need a foreign coach, because all he would do is just call up the same players again. imagine if lagers is retained from a potential midfield of okoro, ibrahim and mikel would be turned into

etuhu mikel

keita

for naija football to go forward
sani keita
dickson etuhu
ayila
olofinajana

should kindly retire from international football

also guys how do you think rabiu ibrahim should be used, before playmakers were used in the middle like jj okocha, zidane, rivaldo, platini, but now adays playmakers are used as tranqueresters{supporting strikers} i think it is a good news for ibrahim, because he is too small and he might be bullied in the middle. so for that i might also consider a formation where by we use 2 playmakers one in the middle and one as a tranquerester. now adays the formation that many teams is using is 4231, but i think that formation is anti-football. anyway so long as my 2 big clubs barcelona and chelsea is not playing that formation am good. just look at this in my nigeria 2nd team there are 2 playmakers there

ejide

mohammed chukwudi udoh orelesi

azeez

ekpo joel obi

ibenegbu

eneramo salami

plus you still have
oseni
uchebo
worgu
nwankwo

nigeria fa you better not give us a useless coach like amodu or lagerback, because the future is very bright i don't want to see those 6 defensive midfilders that they always call up ohhhhh imagine a nigeria second team with 2 creative midfilders thats very good ohh

let me comapare naija midfield to ghana ivory coast egypt cameroun

micheal essien vs obi mikel = essien
anthony annan vs lukman = lukman
sulley muntari vs okoro = okoro
kwado asamoah vs ibrahim = ibrahim
prince boateng vs ekpo = boateng

appaih is too old so i cannot put him here. overall for me naija midfield is better than ghana's 3-2

now to cameroun midfield vs naijas

emana vs lukman = emana
song vs mikel = mikel
matip vs ibrahim = ibrahim
okoro vs makoun = okoro

nigeria win this one 4-1

now naija midfield vs ivory coast midfield

mikel vs yaya = yaya
zokora vs lukman = zokora
ibrahim vs romaric = ibrahim
okoro vs yapi yapo = okoro
ekpo vs emerson fae = ekpo

naija wins again for me 3-2

now the toughest one of all is egypt

aboutrika vs ibrahim = aboutrika now ibrahim in future
ahmmed hassan vs mikel = ahmed hassan
hossan ghali vs haruna = haruna lukman
okoro vs barakat = okoro

so egypt and naija is tied 2-2 but nigeria depth is better so for that i pronounce naija midfield potentially the best in africa if they call up the right players, but it could also be the worst if they call up useless players like

etuhu
ayila
keita
ajilore
olofinjana

so we should not get ahead of ouurselfs, our midfield can easily be world class, but it could also easily be totally useless

Why this wack mumu cybercoach dey talk to himself? As he gone 'gaga' grin

Only a dimwit will rate Stanley Okoro as Nigeria's best midfielder.

Hisses and leaves the thread.

semid4life wetin concern me if people reply or not. my job as a nigeria football analyser is to report what i believe would happen. in this nairaland sport forum or in nigeria, i don't think that there is anybody that knows or loves naija football more than me. like i told you before, you are a nicompu, you cannot listen to someone with mental dissorder like you. and look at the guy semid a person that believes that 2 useless mallams ajilore and sani keita would always be in naija 11

one thing is sure here which is; if nigeria needs two qualified madmen to represent us in any international madness competition, 12large and marutimon will surely do us proud.
i have warned ppl here to stop taking 12large serious because he is not a living thing.
he reasons from his anus.

Re: Nigeria Midfield Potentially Best In Africa by marutimon: 10:27pm On Jul 22, 2010
only reason I made the 'comparisons' was because 123large was ridiculous.
Re: Nigeria Midfield Potentially Best In Africa by orangemen: 11:20am On Sep 19, 2010
if the 12large has a family, the best they can do for him now is to let him remain at yaba mental rehablitation home. since he can still read and write, there is a gr8 chance of bringing him back to normal.
