I dont know why PZ Industries conducts a very outrageous employment exam for Graduate Trainee employment.
By the end of the whole recruitment scheme, we would have all been subjected to 4- Multiple question - speed test exams , and 2 exclusive job Oral interview.

I have come to understand that I dont really have to know why PZ has chosen this path, all that I am assured of is; I am definitely one of the candidate they are looking for.

I have decided that even if PZ calls for 10 more employment exams and 6 more oral interviews, I will not display any form of weakness; I will step up to the plate and sell myself my worth.
