Arsenal boss, Unai Emery, has hailed Nigeria international, Alex Iwobi, after their 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Saturday.

The Spaniard praised Iwobi for his superb impact off the bench against Liverpool but urged the winger to keep improving.

Iwobi started from the bench with Henrikh Mkhitaryan preferred on the right wing.

The Nigerian, however, came off the bench and set up Alexandre Lacazette’s equaliser with a brilliant pass.

It was his third Premier League assist of the season.

“We need every .er and the characteristic each .er has is important, and Iwobi he can impact hard in the match after starting in the bench,” Emery told BT Sport.
