A young man is lucky to be alive after he was allegedly attacked by some hoodlums believed to be cultists.

A Facebook user Blessing Pedro shared a picture of the victim who was left with a deep machete cut on his head after the gruesome attack.

The young man was rushed to the hospital where he was treated after the attack as he's set to launch a formal report to the police.
