Well it was a bright Saturday filled with fun for a friend who was planning to attend his friend's wedding party. They set out for the journey from Lagos in a Toyota corolla breezing through the Lagos-Ibadan express road with anticipation for the wedding. Along Lagos Ibadan expressway, the vehicle was stopped by custom and the paper were said to be Oluwole's copy. The car was impounded and a friend of his driving the car was detained for about 72hours. Question of the day. 1. If vehicles custom paper are not in other, does custom impound vehicle or arrest the driver? 2. What is the procedure for regularizing? |
