when is the cut off coming out, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

We are expecting the cut-off mark on 10th August

ok finally, after so much drama, i just got a new card and here are my details,

UTME score - 200

POST UTME SCORE % -40

AGGREGATE SCORE %- 45

COURSE - SOCIOLOGY

STATE OF ORIGIN -OYO STATE

Please people,what are my chances??

i hope i can make it with this my scores? and also would the catchment area help?, please i wanna hear something!!!!!

@ oskaywale.I hope you are now relieve?The truth is this:You'll get admission in Unilag but not Sociology,Be ready to purchase d change of course form,which they will start selling after they would have released the cut-off mark.Sociology cut-off 4 last yr is 65,and 60 for the catchment area.

@ oskaywale.If u dnt want other depts except sociology.I advise u as a friend 2 go to Chosen and sow a seed of faith with any amount u like.It'll suprise u on what will happen.Believe me Friend

d cutoff is being expected on d 10th of august.

@ Eddow.The last year cut-off for geography is 63.I'm not certain when the cut-off mark will be released,but it will never pass the month of August

@ faith92.All that i am sure is that you stand a great chance of getting admission in that your course.62 4rm catchment areas and ELDS were all admitted in Law and medicine,not to talk of ur course.Congratulations

i have the cut-off for all the departments last year, both general cut off marks and catchment area cut-off marks but am still in school now and i'll paste it all for you guys this weekend when i get home, but i must also point out that cut off marks are determined by the general performance of the candidates in each department in relation to the carrying capacity of that department but to a large extent a candidate can actually measure his/her chances with the cut off marks for the last admission process

@ snoppy.What u just said ir absolutely correct.The cut-off mark is determined by the general performance of candidates that pertook in d exercise.It is possible that a dept.(e.g law),whose candidates performed excellently in the last admission,and as a result attracts a high cut-off mark(law-69),can also perform poorly this year,thereby leading to low cut-off mark.All my Unilag peeps that got low aggregate,pray hard coz you dont know the general performance of the candidates in your department.It is possible that a cut-off that is 68 last year can come down to 56 this year.Never lose hope or give up.

Scored 275 in UTME and had a score of 60 in the Post UTME. Aggregate's 64% and chose Economics as a first and second choice. Am also from Ogun state, anyone with useful info on my chances and besides, what's the cut off for Economics, last year. Thanks. Lanre.

@ Lanre.The cut-off mark for economics last year is 65,and 61 for those from the catchment area.Apparently,you are from C.A,and will surely get admission.Congratulations

@ royalcrews.All that i say,is that you will get dat ur dept,with d average of 61.i couldnt see d cut-off of urban and reg. Plan. in my cut-off list here,but u performed excellently

had a friend that scored 62 and 59 respectively for accounting,wat are their chances,
please Goddys can u help me paste the cut off mark for economics, IRPM,biz ad and accounting as of last year with their catchment cut off marks also.

@ faith92.Oyo state is a catchment area,and if you are from any of the catchment area,and score above 58,in any of d courses i listed.You'll gain admission in dat course.Catchment area have 35% allocation in every dept.

@ shintech.What the cut-off 4 last is,may not be d same with d one of dis year.It may be higher or lower depending on d general performance of candidates in the dept.Aggregate of 57 stands a chance of getting admitted in IRPM.Just pray hard,bt ur admission in unilag is certain.

@ shintech,i luv ur faith.We are birds of the same feather.I wrote virtually nothing in my post-utme,i kip belivin my God dat He will do it,and wen d result came out,i score 78,and 72 aggregate.You'll get IRPM 4 believin,i assure u dat.Our God neva fail

@Goddy; I'm from EBONYI state and I scored 50% and 59% respectively, leaving UNILAG and SOCIOLOGY as first and second choice respectively. What do you reckon, ?
