Greek club Kavala have released former Nigeria international midfielder Wilson Oruma because they could no longer afford his 30,000 Euros-a-month salary. A top source informed MTNFootball.com that with the Greek economy tottering to a halt, Kavala were forced to let go the former Lens and Sochaux star despite an impressive debut in the Greek top flight.

“Oruma was outstanding for Kavala last season, but with the economy in Greece in such a bad shape and all the clubs there having to balance their books so as to stay afloat, they did not have a choice but to let Oruma go,” says a top source.

The one he made all these while, is that not enough for him? if he wants to play ball for what is it, then let him come home and play and stop chasing money up and down,

if he wants more money and not football, he should head to UAE or Qatar, they are looking for his likes.
