She should go ahead and apply so far she meets the criteria, she doesn't necessarily need to state it. Moreso, the test stage will be handled by Push CV. About what it will do to her chances? It doesn't increase or decrease her chances and won't jeopardize it.

On the safer side, she need not state it.

S/he do not really need to state if s/he is working or not with the bank. It is not necessary and does not increase nor decrease his/her chances of getting the job.
But s/he must meet the criteria, most especially the age requirements, degree (not HND), and NYSC discharge certificate.

You are applying for entry level job, 0 or 10 years work experiences has no effect on the application.
