Job Title: HSE Specialist

Locations: Zamfara and Jigawa

Job Descriptions

Conduct inspections of site construction projects
Review statutory requirements related to one or more safety and/or health regulations, and assess facility or programmatic compliance.
Participate in informal reviews, inspections, and audits using established procedures.
Provide pre-job ES&H briefings to offsite contractor employees as needed.
Will be required to develop and/or present various safety and health training courses operation.
Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections, weekly eyewash/safety shower inspections and monthly crane inspections.
Assist in the development of simple programs, systems, or processes.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in ES&H-related field, i.e., Engineering, or other Sciences. Master’s degree a plus.
Good written communication skills;
Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications;
Organisational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Ability to prepare basic documents, forms, proficient in web browsing and using instant messaging tools.

Job Title: Business Development & Public Relations Officer
