According to a statement issued by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, P.R.O, Dyke Ogbonnaya, the command had made an immediate report to the NNPC about the unfortunate incidence and the activities of die-hard vandals in the state.

He added that the Anti-Vandal team on a regular routine patrol recovered an empty 30 litres keg and a funnel from the deceased vandal.
