Good day peeps, i just got an honda accord 2006, i noticed that the vehicle consumes a lot of fuel. i have bought a catalyst, changed the O2 sensor, serviced the nozzle, changed spark plugs.....i still notice the high rate of fuel consumption....Please help with your resolutions, thank you

From my Little Kazeem's Experience I think you should have scan the Car first... By doing that you will know the exact problem to fix INSTEAD OF THROWING DIFFERENT PARTS TO THE INNOCENT CAR

my bros you are correct, I used an 02 Honda babyboy for 3 years before selling it,then I got an 03 acura 3.5rl and I noticed that the fuel consumption is almost the same.mind u the accord is 2.0 i4 engine,while the acura is 3.5 v6

Using plug count in some cases can be inaccurate. Some modern cars come with 2 plugs per cylinder, so an i4 engine can have 8 plugs. The better descriptor is to use cylinder count. I4, i5, V6, i6, v8, V12, w16... There are also odd balls like boxer 4 found in Subaru cars, flat six and flat 4 found in Porsches.
