It was a day of celebration, dance, fashion parade and networking at the Tobis Garden, Abuja when
the Mature Minds Women Forum
was officially launched to be now known as the Great Women's Forum(GWF) to mark a blissful 2018 end of the year hangout.

Known with their slogan 'Great Women's Forum - We are Great,"

The foundation came into existence in 2012 as an unstructured and nameless family, with a drive to reach out to genuinely vulnerable women and children to strive for their growth and property towards ensuring a better future for them.

The official launching of the Great Women's Forum(GWF) was graces by two centers (Abuja and Jabi centres) who converged in the capital city to launch the new name of the group and also have their end of the year hangout.

Some members from Kaduna state, Jos, Plateau State etc were on hand to uplift the mood.

Awards were presented to deserving members who have kept the fire burning right from the outset of the foundation. Guests who have been supporting the Great Women's Forum were also recognised for their efforts towards the ensuring the growth of the foundation.

It was time to dance and the women didnt disappoint as the DJ rendered some of his top tunes to their admiration.

The fashion parade segment also witnessed some of the women displaying various tradition attire as a unifying method of letting people know that they are all one Nigeria.

Some of the invited guests also made huge donations to enable the group keep up its good work of putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged of the society.

The coordinators of the two centres
Mrs Ajileye Taiwo Ibironke (FCT) and
Mrs Josephine Eseyin (Nasarawa) thanked everyone for their contributions while promising that there are better days ahead.

They call on all members to be loving wives to their husbands and children to ensure of a peaceful home.

There was enough to drink and eat as children were not left out of the fun.

The Great Women's Forum was incorporated on the 28th June 2018 with CAC registration number, CAC/IT/NO/113668.
