The blue light keeps blinking but never turns white to show on tv.

Hold down the power button until you hear it beep twice(ie the first normal beep and 2nd beep) then release the power button... After then follow the instructions.

That is odd, well try disconnect and reconnect the power cord from the back of the console, then retry the steps... If the problem persist then u have to take it to a repairer, because this is the official quick fix to no display
