There are a gazzillion of them. They are all turnkey resellers from Reseller Club. Turnkey reselling and Bulk SMS are two concepts that really tick me off. If the upstream providers know they will be giving out their service to a large number of people then why didn't they build the system in such a way that presentation is separated from functionality? If that was done and they had given the user 100% control over presentation (e.g using smarty template system) then each customer can create his unique look and still be a turnkey reseller without anyone knowing while still retaining the functionality.

thats part of the disadvantage in the book you gave me,by the way ive finished it 
and this smarty template enginge,can you please explain,dont seem to find details on their site
