Yes of course, second choice exams will be conducted. The problem is because of this ongoing south east ASUU strike. You guys gotta have some patience. After the strike, the exams follow accordingly.

Yes! Nt just ANSU, bt d whole south-eastern state universities.

what registration are you talking about? We who are 1st choice candidates have concluded our exams and the results are also out. We are expecting list of candidates given provisional admission but every activity is put on hold till this goddamn strike is over. After the strike, sale of registration for 2nd choice candidates will commence. I will keep you guys updated.
