I'm currently a part two student of oau,but most of my friend that attend other university hardly respond to me when i make mentioned of my school.one of them used to even tell me that oau is overated.Pls ur opinions may it's true

stil recall when ICAN TUITION STUDENT PYE YEARLY COMPETITION HELD IN MY SCH IN 2008- LASU,LASPOTECH,YABATECH,UNILAG , BABCOCK AND O.A.U , UNILAG ,LASU,YABA-TECH,LASPOTECH,O.A.U CAME 1st,2nd,3rd,4th ,5th respectively, babcock univ didnt show up in d compet, in d one held at unilag in 2007,lasu came 1st,unilag 2nd,et al, in d one held again in 2009 unilag came 1st,laspotech came 2nd ,yaba-tech 3rd,lasu 4th position,o.a.u did not show up

since d competition started in 2006,unilag has been performing excellent,lasu ,laspo-tech a pass-mark and o.a.u performance is poor .another competition wil also be held this year by oct, we shal see who wil lift d trophy again

OAU can never be over-rated! They deserve every econium showered on them and more. The school,in all respect, is unassailbly great. I thank God i am called to share in her greatness. It is good to great.

U can't compare oau to any oda university in Nigeria. D only place wr "factor" of payng less & enjoyng more ar holdng. Wc 1 ar u takng about, is it a conducive env, infrastructure, or exprience lecturer. Wish u pple ave grace to b a member of oau community

It is appalling to observe that u av brought a feeling of a mind devasteted by low esteem to bear in ur rather shabby post. It speaks volume of how uninformed u are. Little wonder u are from LASU. If i were u, i would have saved my breath and rid myself of this avoidable ignominy. Poor you! The hunter will soon become the hunted.

@ john - has it gotten to that ? i ask a simple question and u couldnt answer . am not saying lasu or any state univ is better than o.a.u or 1st gen uni, do u knw that most state univ rest on d foundation of these 1st gen univ ? lasu was estab thru unilag, unilorin is a twin sister of u.i. most of my lecturer came/graduated frm unilag. am only using d quiz competition to make judgement.am not a stu of unilag but appreciate der performance

OAU needn't be your best school. My attention was only drawn to that b/c of ur rather too cosmetic a criterium for determination- quiz competition.
