My dear, under the criminal code which operates in the south, a 13 year old girl is considered incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse as she is presumed to be too premature to understand the full meaning and implications of sexual intercourse. The consent age for sexual intercourse is 16 but it would be a defence if the man believed her to be 16 by reason of her appearance and personality she presented.

I can't believe that people are supporting this guy. Whether it was consensual or not, whether she forced him or not, it is morally wrong & also a crime (esp in the southeast) to have sex with an under-age.

i like this kind of treatment because it shows that paedophiles are not welcome nor celebrated in Southern Nigeria,
