Please reply this update if you have or know any clean title Lexus ES350 08/09 that is currently in Nigeria.

It shouldn't be more than 3 months that it has been on Nigeria soil and the the seller should be ready to give say at least 1 month waranty/guaranty.

Payment for such car will be made outrightly though!

If you want to stay with Lexus, get a GS. Way better car. Infiniti G37 and Acura TL should also be within your budget.

I don't really like the shape of the GS or any that looks somehow big like they are "prouding" up.

Reason for that is because I actually wanted to import one 2008 which was going for 10,000$ myself from USA
around September but due to some reasons and constraints, I had to divert the money to something else so that I could buy say 2010 model later.

Urgent need for a car I need to use for travelling (since my EOD customs issue was discovered around mid October that it can no longer be used for travelling) made me got myself into the mess explained at https://www.nairaland.com/4895806/re-opinion-highly-urgently-needed .

I kind of know and said it up there that I'm paying outrightly. The problematic one that 2.8M was quoted for which I paid 1.5M and ended up
spending extra over 400k on na bean? Had it been the vehicle didn't give me any issue till say 30th of this month and has good carfax/autocheck report, it is a guarantee that I would have been motivated to send the balance of 1.3M by then. I don't do on credit nor installment on all I own but this just get as e be but come dey painful how it played out.

Someone already gave me one 2007 which is clean title one owner but I don't want to use 07 anylonger.

Lol...Ever heard of the word "Recall"? You are buying a 10 year old used car, any "first year" issues would have been fixed/recalled..

Recalls are mostly not of critical issues. It is only when it is very critical that it will hit the news.

Buying subsequent models of any vehicle is always better because some complaints/errors on previous ones must
have been fixed in the subsequent ones. That does not need much explanation! !!

Talking from the feedback that I got from researching 2007 Lexus Es350, they are proned to melting dashboard and
issues with transmission but they have kind of resolved that in 2008 and above models.

You are kind of right; I have seen alot in my attempt of checking VIN reports of those that has come to my table.

Carguidng can testify to it; the last one that I checked this evening brought odometer of one from over 225k to over 66k for a 11 years old Lexus Es 350.

If you judge it by mere looking at it, you will think it is just over 66k from the effect of the packaging.

12k per year is standard. Anything under 140k should come under suspicion.
