As the year comes to an end, a lot of us go back to our drawing table to review our set goals for 2018 and see how well we did in achieving our goals this year. Some of us would be satisfied with the level at which we have gotten to while most of us would be sad about it. Being sad about not achieving a set goal in a particular year is a common thing amongst youth and young adult, this is because it is quite easy to set a goal than to achieve it or probably because most times our set goals takes longer time in actualizing them than the set time we plan for it and maybe a little bit of time is still needed to achieve this set goals.


But the thought of not getting what you expected puts you in an obnoxious condition that distract you from seeing every other achievement and notable reasons to be grateful to your creator. You might say to yourself "what other things am I meant to be grateful for this year ?" There are a lot of things that we pay little attention towards that determines how happy we are in life but we don't notice them because we have them and when we don't, we see it as a bigger tragedy than the set goals that were not achieved. Few of this things are:
* Good health
*Daily bread
*Good friends
*Gift of life
*sound mind
*healthy relationships
*Grace
*safety
Look at yourself and see if you have at least 3 of this things listed above, then you deserve to be grateful to God because you have a chance to still achieve your set goals, a dead man or woman cannot set a goal but "WHERE THERE IS LIFE THERE IS HOPE"
