Cauliflower farming is very possible in Nigeria just like cabbage. It is a vegetable that is very nutritious, has great taste and beautiful appearance. The demand for cauliflower is growing because of their health benefits, it contains carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and minerals. Cauliflowers are planted and harvested within 3 months.
