Not many qualified candidates. On paper, it seems, in reality, not so.

Nonsense observation. In the midst of 180 million unemployed youths, 8, 2 or 3 job adverts per day makes no significant impact in economic prosperity. The economy is in shambles that's why prostitution, kidnapping and YAHOOISM is on the rise.
