Please l need more info abt tinnitus

Tinnitus is a symptom that occurs due to a lot of reasons such as ear infections, foreign objects or wax in the ear, nose allergies that prevent fluid drain and cause accumulation of wax.It can also be occur due to aging, as a side effect of some medications and excessive noise(most common).
SUGGESTED TREATMENT:
Includes the taking a natural antibiotic like bee propolis(which is a natural antibiotic and can be taken with garlic) and applying 2 drops of aloe vera extract every 4-6 hrs.This will reduce inflammation and help fight any infection.If it's a more serious case then a minor operation may have to be carried out to drain pus from the infection.
