Happy new year Nairalanders. Please i urgently need your advice on this issue. Will the sum of 2 million naira be enough to buy a small piece of land and erect a three bedroom flat apartment up to roofing level? NB: Its just an average house. |

your location matters a lot for better information. I suggest you describe your location first so that people who had experience in the location will help. I can suggest a low cost home for you depending on the environmental conditions in your location. |

Assuming you bought the land for #500k, #1.5m could do up German floor../window level block setting depending on the size of the 3 bedroom flat and if direct labor is used and availability of materials such as sand and gravel/ granite |
