could be either lagos, abuja or maybe rivers.

i'm not sure but i should think whichever state has the higher cost of living.

of course different companies/parastatals also have different pay structures even within states.

The question should be to know which company recruit and pay corpers well. I don't think any of the states will pay above their minimum wage. More over, the focus should also be on the state that offer the best work environment in terms of personal development and safety/security.
