They can delay salary ehn!Their calendars ends after 50days instead of 30days.

Not all delay pay. inasmuch as it is terrible to delay your staff pay forgetting they are family men.
Also a contractor can only pay what they can afford which is based on the contract amount. That's why people are given the option of working or not.
