200k Business: You Bring The Idea, And I Bring The Cash. by CsRockefeller(m): 6:22pm On Jan 21, 2019
OK, let me simply put it this way.

I have 200k I'm willing to invest into a biz.
This opportunity is in two ways;

1. For people who are already into a bizness: I get to invest my money into your biz, we do an evaluation of the capital of ur biz to arrive at the share capital/ profit ànd loss ratio. And other technicalities into it.

2. Those that have a biz idea but no funds to start, if I'm convinced, we will enter into a partnership, and I will be involved in d daily running of it. Depending on what you are bringing determines the shard capital ratio.

Note:
I'm a graduate, very well read, every thing will be properly documented and registered, part of the money covers fees for a lawyer.

Lagos, Ogun and Oyo residents will be preferred, I stay in Lagos.

Why am I doing this? Obliviously, I don't have a the ideas in the world, I've been into one or 2 biz, but I feel a second perspective will be better, like they say, 2 good heads are better than one.

So if u are interested let's shoot.

Note: No Betshop, and no frivolous internet biz. I need a real sector biz.

Thanks for reading.

Interested Bro. I'm a new entrant into the real estate industry. But the other side business I have is mobile banking. I have all the necessary equipment ready like the POS machine and the necessary mobile apps with the branding materials ready. I have a shop in a remote area but I'm intending to open up a better shop in the populated area. I will be glad if the fund can be invested in this new branch. Let's talk better on WhatsApp on 08123159924

1. Real estate : people are becoming more aware of the potential of real estate investment. some buy to own or buy to flip later but sooner or later everyone will have something to do with this sector. I'm affiliated with some estate companies with great reputation. the backbone of real estate sales is intense marketing, so if you invest in marketing real estate, the returns would be awesome.
2. Barbecue and small chops:
Nigerians love snacking and eating good food generally. Especially when easily accessible. One of those category of food is the small chops. Never out of season. Eaten anywhere and everywhere at all occasions. Adding good barbecue to it will just kill everything. So u just look for a popular joint in malls, marketplaces, big churches, event centres, schools and set up a tent. Employ a barbecue n small chops specialist or better still learn yourself
3. lastly Okada bizz: get 2 used bikes and place them on the road. if possible in a neighboring state like ogun and oyo. The activities of touts and road operaThieves in Lagos have handicapped the business in the last few years. U can put them on hire purchase if you want. But daily ROI can be between 5 to 10k on an evil day.

What do you think? I can help with any of the above but number 1 is my most recommended. I'd really appreciate it if you invest here cos that's my sector and I know the possibilities are endless . Nevertheless it's your call.
