So you want to really make that comparison?

Pitch invasion against match violence?

Most fans invade the pitch to meet their idols which we've all witnessed with CR7 and M10 mostly in recent times.

Then match violence where stones and sticks are thrown into the field of play, targeting the official and opposition.

Same happened last week in the NPFL, a referee was battered at the end of the because of what the fans assumed was 'bad officiating'.

When it comes to games behaviour, we still have a long way to go and learn from our western counterparts. That doesn't mean they're perfect. Racism is still a huge issue in Europe today
