A Nigerian lady @tolu_collection, took to Twitter to narrate how she faked her kidnap to get money from her Dad which her boyfriend collected. 

The Nigerian lady who disclosed that she was 17 at the time she faked her kidnap, disclosed that her father got stroke as a result of the incident. She further disclosed that her boyfriend eventually got arrested, however charges were not pressed because she was named as an accomplice.

Every time you people will be saying nonsense out of nonsense just to trend. At first, when you were kidnapped we were not aware, when your Dad had stroke we were not aware, non of the news TV stations in the country aired this news. The only way to stop these madness is to vote all the useless political party out come 16th February and 2nd March.

I remember my final days in secondary school .
We were writing NECO then, and this guy faked his kidnapp
The idiot dressed up one morning and left for school, only for someone to call his dad later and demand for 500k for his son to be released.
Well the plan began failing from the second it was hatched cause the guy was kidnapped on a paper free day, so why was he going to school??
He didn't want to miss an exam and was hoping the whole thing would be over in under 48hrs.
But the dad knew his boy. And he wasn't buying it.
He came to our school told the military officers about it (twas command secondary school ) .
Dad called the "kidnappers" and told his son that the police and the school's military officers had been involved in the case.
Even the schools commandant, a LT colonel had a chat with the boy and "kidnappers".
And with that the boy and his kidnapp gang chickened out and came clean.
It was very funny really.
Well the boy became a legend shaa.
