An urgent IT Officer's vacancy exist with one of our clients ,among his routines ,shall includes :

Perform hardware and software maintenance duties

·         Troubleshoot and correct hardware, software and network problems

·         Responsible of CCTV/IP cameras installation and maintenance.

·         Handle the maintenance and operation of all office and branch workstations.

·         Ensure all daily tasks are successfully completed, including backups

·         Provide assistance and trainings to staff on information systems ,including (but not limited to), Mac OS, Windows, Office…etc.

·         Provide assistance to staff on remote access and remote troubleshooting

·         Perform system upgrades as necessary for software and hardware related components as needed

·         Perform light administrative duties on network servers

·         Monitor backup procedures and perform occasional recoveries to ensure backup integrity

·         Assist with contacting vendors and service providers of IT equipments and supplies for efficient and effective office operations.

·         Maintain systems availability and functionality.

·         Responsible for Servers operations (boot, shutdown, monitoring, etc.

·         Ensure server data security and safeguard unauthorized access.

·         Handling different projects and duties upon request.

·         Experienced in network troubleshooting and maintenance.

·         Hands on installing and configuring Windows Server 2008, DHCP, DNS, HyperV

·         Reports to the IT Manager

 
Qualifications: A very good HND/ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering with 5 years working experience .
