Hello nairalanders, I know its no news that the Access Bank Race is this weekend Feb 2 precisely. Though this will be my 3rd time of participating in the race, I can vividly remember my first time which I ran like a novice but now I think am wiser and more prepared.

So I believe its important to share tips and other vital information among the pros and which will also help first timers towards effective performance.

Personally I believe I will do well in the 10km race than the marathon; since its only we Nigerians and no elites.
