Candidates should possess at least 3-5 years continuous experience in a hotel/restaurant.

Ability to prepare southern delicacies(Edi-kan kan, Afang, Okazi, Bitter Leaf e.t.c.) is a MUST!
Candidates should also have a good mastery of Continentals.

Candidates must exhibit maturity and selfdriven;and must be willing to work under pressure.

Possession of academic qualifications is not a must, but an added advantage.
