The incident started early this morning by 5AM at Ojo barracks when a truck loaded with (PMS) petrol was trying to manoeuvre the bad road,and tanker was beside truck when it flipped..causing an explosion which affected the a car,tanker on the other side of the road.. this has crippled all movement on that road,leaving lot of people stranded...
