Second Republic lawmaker, Junaid Mohammed, says the hassle in the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) in regards to its ongoing strike is due to “irresponsible rascals who are elected into office, mainly in the national meeting and state houses of Assemblies”.

Naija news reports that the previous lawmaker made this comment during an interview with daily post in which he cited that the insane salaries” of members of the national assembly and state house of Assemblies will continue to cause “unrest” in ASUU and other labour bodies in Nigeria.
