The early morning heavy rain on Friday trapped this guy as he couldn't complete his mission in the third house, a three storeys building on Shifau Cresent, Ikosi Ketu, efforts to reach 767 Lagos emergency yielded no result as operator kept repeating "all staffs are currently busy", no jungle justice was unleashed on the suspect. He has been handed over to the police for further investigations.
