Small Chops come in Per Plate/ Pack Options, it can be served by Guest or by Table Formula depending on Client Budget. If it is fried on Location it is served on On Plate (hot) but if it is pre- Fried it is on a pack options. Frying at the location or venue is so lovely because it given a lovely aromal to the venue with lovely Table setting etc

Our Grills: Barbeque Fish, Chicken Turkey, Gizzard, Asun etc is done in the Venue . we come with our BBQ Strands & Gas Cooker to Grill & Cook in the venue. It is on Per Plate options (I provide all materials while you pay for only the total number of plate need) And Services charge: you provide all the Materials while you pay for my Workmanship.
