Focus: What the Lord will Give you

WORD FOR TODAY
What the Lord will give for serving and following Him is not money, material possessions of life nor fame but Him as eternal reward. If all you will get for serving Him is all these things then it is not worthwhile!!!

If money and other pleasurable things of this life is the reason why you are serving God you are serving him for the wrong reason. The first and foremost thing the Lord wants to offer you is Himself. He wants to live His life in you to make you relevant in His purpose on earth.

If what you desire from God that makes you not to embezzle, commit adultery or engage in various act of unrighteousness is money, riches, material possession of life and various life achievement then you have been scammed. This is because there are people who have never heard the gospel or even know, pray or believe in the existence of God that have these in abundance.

Abraham in the midst of all challenges in his life God offered him Himself. With God as His reward he became an epitome of both physical and eternal blessing. You remain a failure in destiny irrespective of what you think you have until God becomes your exceedingly great reward.

Lord! I want more of you; be my shield and exceedingly great reward in Jesus name. Amen!!!
