the seller has actually crashed it from 10m to 7m and honestly i rather u make an offer i will relate to him

as for the dimension, i dont have it now

the plot can best be described if u enter katampe via nicon junction maitama drive down straight about 500 metres

there is a mini settlement call gishiri village, the plot is located behind, but u can drive in (untarred road though)
